Northlinks Development

Northlinks is an exciting residential development lodated in Tatura incorporating an extension to the existing golf course and in excess of 250 allotments. The development allows for the harvesting and treatment of stormwater run-off from the residential areas to be reused for irrigation of the
golf course.

Beechworth-Wodonga Road

Planright was appointed to prepare the design and documentation of 3.2km of the Beechworth–Wodonga Road, Yackandandah. The works included the realignment of substandard road geometry, regrading of the road through mountainous terrain to improve sight distances and several intersection designs. Extensive earthworks and drainage works were carried out to improve the design speed and safety of the road.

Chelsworth Park

Engineering design and contract administration for a 150 lot rural residential estate on the fringe of Echuca, backing on to the Campaspe River. Works included the provision of roads, swale drains, raw and treated water reticulation.
